It attaches to a pic rail on the bottom of my handguard, the chrono attaches to the bracket, and my bipod attaches to a pic rail on the bottom of the bracket. I've set the chrono's sensing surface 0.200" below the bullet's line of travel and it picks up data reliably. I'm building one for my Savage 10 6.5 CM now, getting ready for load development on that new rifle. Also, I did buy the cell phone extension cable for my v3 chrono and so far I haven't seen any problems moving data to my cellphone.</p></blockquote><p></p>
