I usually make a trim dummy from scrap .30-06 cases using a file type trim die and use that to set up the trim to length. Works for .25-06, 6.5-06, 8mm-06, .338-06 cases too. You might try replacing the Allen head setscrew in the collar with a Torx type so that you can the set screw a tad tighter.
