Buying a new Vehicle

If I had this spinal cord issue cleard, I could replace the lower front end, passenger light assembly and take it to a frame shop to get the wheel to track and doors to open. Yes would save money and keep the vehicle for many years. Our 2005 Frontier with 150,000 still runs very well.
