OP, as Lancetkenyon mentioned. I too have owned everything you listed above, accept the March which is the old Premier scopes. I have had a lot of time behind the March as well. ZCO out of what you have listed! TT only has a different locking turrets, but that is all personal preference. I would throw in the Kahles's cousin the X5 by Swarovski. I had issues with the Steiner, my best friend was their rep (they since went back in-house for sales), I sold it. I am running NF, Kahles, ZCO and a few other brands. I do like the Leupold but not as much as the NF or ZCO. I wish ZCO would come out with a 2x20 or so like the NX8. Things to consider: Reticle options- I prefer the H59 and Tremor 3 or 5 reticles... I don't have any of those on my ZCO but that's personal preference Weight Size of the Tube- ZCO is 36mm so you will need to get new mounts. Go SPUHR or Mbrace by ARC Power- want a 5-27 or 4-20? or more options? the new 8-40 is cool... I hardly ever use my 35 power on my 7-35 NF Overall length- this will depend on what you are using it for, some are long, very long. So using them on any short and stubby will look funny :) budget- Like you said, buy once cry once. I say get the ZCO and never look back. I run the Tremor or H59 since I use my scopes on multiple platforms, bolt guns, Muzzleloaders, AR's , Semi auto, and even my air rifles. Get a good mount! Don't skimp on that! please don't get Vortex rings or Warne etc I cringe when I see guys mounting good glass with that crap.
