Burris eliminator lll scope

I have 2 of them, one 16x and one 12x. I wish I had a few more.

Ranging works good enough, I can get coyotes out past 600 usually, less in snowy bright conditions. When you have it dialed in correctly and on an accurate rifle it's money. They are dark visually due to all the stuff in there I think, and the fov is tight. They are a bit heavy and big.

There is a version 4 out there now that ranges further and uses regular batteries.

I have had 2. First one quit ranging. Burris replaced it and I upgraded to the he 16x. I used it a couple of seasons. It also started having problems ranging. I sold it and moved on to turret scopes.
If you're a stickler for clarity, and a forgiving eye box, you will not be happy.
I believe the Sig bdx system would be a better way to go.
