Have you tried Casting your own Bullets for this rifle, and powder coating. It sounds like a prime candidate for it. The set up coast to cast bullets is very reasonable, and just about all off us has an old toaster oven sitting out in the shed. Lead is still easy to get. The week before Thanks Giving this year, we did a clean up on my home range and collected over 300lbs of shot 45acp and 9mm bullets out of my bullet trap, we do this every year to collect the led and just encase I get a visit from the EPA. (That's not going happen down here.)LOL. The sad thing is I bought the casting set up about 7 years ago and have never opened the boxes on them. Every time that I think I'm going to start casting, I take my reloading in a different direction. It's just nice to know that when I fire my last factory bullet. I still have options.
