The one thing we noticed right away is the poundage made a little difference. the broad head diameter with fixed blades really made a big difference 1 1/8th to 1 1/2" dia cutting. the mechanical did a really good job but all were destroyed. the fixed blades stayed together, G5 100g fixed was a serious broadhead and durable and accurate. shot several different arrows and the PRO hunters gold tip is a serious arrow for durability. pro hunters were the only carbon to be able to reshoot more than once. All others were destroyed after first shot. the only time we had a complete pass through was once we went to the 505g FMJ eastons with g5 montec 100g at 17 yrds with 82nd, 70lb. So once the arrow leaves the bow it all up to the arrow. the lighter arrows lose their energy very quick upon inspection. the heavier arrows really like to push on through. We even shot a indoor tournament arrow 710g easton 2712 and it almost pushed on through but the big 5" fletching stopped it on the backside. just though you guys might be interested in out little test. WEIGHT MATTERS!especially on a questionalble shot!</p></blockquote><p></p>
