You can run the batter down to almost zero and won't damage it like regular lead acid batteries. It does take about 6 to 9 hours to charge it to full power but it is faster with the solar panels I bought the 300 watt package and I can knock off a couple of hours. It makes no noise at all so if I'm at a campground I can use it all night long. If your cpap does not allow for 12V you can still run it about 2 nights on AC power averaging about 9 hours of sleep per night before it needs charging, or just charging through the day with the solar panels.</p><p></p><p>I used these guys and Nick is the guy that I did business with and he is a real solid dude. There are some good you-tube videos you can check out and see how it works. I use this at home for a week before I have to recharge it again as they recommend you use it every 4 to 6 weeks, and when I use it the charge is still at 99% to 100%.</p></blockquote><p></p>
