I personally know two people that work as "pros" and work in large sporting goods stores and both are very knowledgable with both firearms and archery equipment. These two people actually try to stear people away from any type of multi retical scope, when they know its going on a muzzleloader. Will they sell you one? Certainly, you're the customer and the customer comes first. Both of these "pros", each say that 'the manufacturers have done a remarkable job at marketing this product for muzzleloader shooters.' Which by the way, is the fastest growing shooting sport. I've seen and shot them, and really don't care for them at all. Myself, I prefer to shoot a duplex retical and learn where my bullets are going to hit for the ranges I feel comfortable hunting. One of the guys that shoots here, bought a Burris with the Ballistic Plex and wishes he'd bought a different scope. He stopped trying to use the "dots" and strictly shoots using the crosshairs. He does very well and forgets about the "dots". Good luck shooting this weekend! Have fun and be safe! Don't get discouraged and it'll work out. Please..... repost how she shoots.
