This is an Ace Barrels .30 cal, 1:9 twist, SS, #3 contour barrel blank. (same contour as Bartlien 3B or Brux #5). I purchased this a while back when planning a build and decided to go 7mm. My new build has not been completed, but I hear good things about the Ace Barrels. They have cut rifling and are hand lapped. 0.700" at 26". $325 shipped to your door. Please PM with any questions.
