Couple Updates. For science I took out H4831SC with my 270 1-7 twist to see where it fell. It seemed to fall nicely in line with most other powders. Seemed to give more reliable pressure indicators compared to powders in the H4350 range. RL26 also gave reliable pressure signs in my previous testing Tikka T3 xcaliber 270 win 1-7 twist, 24" done by Crown Ridge 139gr AH Win Brass 1x fired, neck turned, primer pocket uniformed, trimmed & full Length sized 3.388 COAL 1/8 turn crimp LEE FCD CCI 200 primers 86 Deg F H4831SC 58.0 3063 58.5 3103 59.0 3110 59.5 3134 60.0 3162 Light Ejector 60.5 3187 Clear Ejector All above in a 1.06" group Took my wife's 243 out to see how it liked the 69gr AH's: Savage Storm 110 243 Win Factor 22" barrel 9.25" twist 69 GR AH Hornady brass 2x Fired 2.70 COAL 1/8 crimp Lee FCD Fed 210M 86 Deg F Varget 41.0 3459 42.0 3547 43.0 3625 44.0 3705 44.5 3732 Light ejector (this brass is soft so kept going) 45.0 3770 Light ejector 45.5 3822 Light ejector 46.0 3851 Ejector This gun LOVED the 69 AH's All the above shot ~0.8" at 100. All good stuff, was fun to get out and throw some more copper down range!
