OK, I had a well intended comments but with an iPad and an opportunity I‘ve graduated to an idiot. Sorry for the extra attempts at posting. I have a Howa 1500 Mini in 7.62x39 glass bedded in a Boyd’s stock. It is joyfully accurate, about 1/2” moa within the limits of the cartridge. It’s not particularly fussy about ammo brands and shoots the steel case stuff just about as well as the brass cased American standards. The factory trigger is very good and about the only negative I know is reviewers say be careful not to lose the magazine in the field due to the location of the mag release lever. So, I keep that in mind and I bought extra magazines. It’s also a great “break-in” rifle for youngins and women, as it’s fun to shoot and has “zero” recoil for a .30 caliber bore.
