I'm amazed that any of the 6-284 crowd hasn't tried RL-26. The biggest problem i'm having is finding a starting point. I have a couple pounds and will be trying it out at some point. I want to shoot the 105 amax's around 3400. I have found good loads in retumbo and RL33, but at lower speeds. 31-3300 with best accuracy closer to the 3100. Shoots consistant 1/2" with good ES at the lesser loads. Opens up a bit when i push them to 33-3400. I'm reading guys are getting straight up 243 velocities up there with that bullet. Seems like the 284 should be able to do it with less effort. No data for the 6-284 and RL26 though. Love shooting this fast 6!! I have some 87 burgers that shoot pretty good also but don't blow up quite like i want. May try some amax's. The amax will be awesome if i can get a real solid 3400 load.
