Our target ridge I wanted to get to was about 1000 yards from the elk so we could finalize our plan of the stock after getting to it and coming up with a plan we headed for another ridge as we came over the elk were @ 250 yards so dad eased up to the top and waited for the bull to present a good shot when he did he recieved a 180 gr berger to the shoulder! Where we finally killed this bull he was closer to bring him out the bottom so a phone call to my best buddy got us a ride out and a 2.5 mile pack back up cut down to 1.75 miles down and a ride around to our truck that was a 30 min drive..</p><p>**dad is above me and closer as you can kind of tell in the video but the way the camera angle looks is not the same view as my dad had, he had a good back drop for the shot and could actually see him before the camera could </p><p></p><p>[ame=http://vimeo.com/76557964]360" Wyoming Bull on Vimeo[/ame]</p></blockquote><p></p>
