So the leverevolution brass is 2.040 and standard 45-70 brass is 2.100. Could a guy just trim 60 thou off of a regular 45-70 die and use it to resize the leverrevolution? Maybe even make a 60 thou spacer to set the die up when using regular brass again? I bought a Lee FCD for the 2.040 cases so I may not have to worry about it anyway. This is my daughters boyfriends Marlin 1895 lever gun and he had brass(2.040), and all I could find for bullets were the leverrevolution bullets to reload for him.
