I have a couple of pics of the 338 Sherman courtesy of "Bigngreen". This was my old original 6.5 Sherman that I had him re barrel. It is a trued 700 LA with a 3b, 10 twist Bart cut to 24" with a Little Beast Brake. Rhian applied the cerakote. The stock is a thumbhole sporter by H-S Precision with BDL bottom metal. COAL with a 250 Berger is only 3.565" so there is plenty of room. It also has a Jewell trigger. I plan on doing some camo on the stock that will compliment the barreled action? I want to put a scope on it that will give me good low power field of view for carry, but capable of long range work too. I am not sure which scope yet though. I plan on staying under $1000. Any suggestions?
