Hey guys. It's been a while since I've been on. Been workin a lot. I checked with Rock creek last week and my barrel should be shipped next week or the week after. I've got detachable bottom metal to accommodate 3.775" magazines. I will be shipping all the components to jack keister at accurate arms in Virginia when I receive my barrel from rock creek. I just can't decide on which chambering I want to run either .338RUM or .338 EDGE. I want the best performance and reliability. I will be shooting the banded copper solids and brass banded bullets and the berger's and the Sierra's. I want to be able to precision reload for seating depth so precision micrometer die sets will be a deciding factor as well as long range precision performance of the cartridge itself. I want to be able to engage targets out to ONE MILE and MAYBE BEYOND!!!! I will only be hunting with it out to a thousand no more than 1,300 as my skills increase but I want .338 Lapua ballistics or better! I want a true long range precision rifle for hunting/tactical/ and competition applications! Thanks for the input guys.
