Unless the barrel is shot out, you should not have a problem. I live & hunt in Texas also. You've got a couple of good shooters. Enjoy them. If & when you shoot out a barrel, you could justify moving on to bigger chamber & longer barrel, but what you have will likely do more than you'll have very many opportunities to long range hunt.
