So I finally made it out to the range and shot 10 separate loads using 2 separate powders. (50 rounds total not including the sight in rounds)(49g-53g) Imr 4350 and H414. Nosler 200g Accu-bond. Both shot similar with the IMR edging out the h414. The two most accurate charges were the 49g and the 52g. I know that after all the shooting I was starting to fatigue and cant really rule out that the H414 was in fact less accurate. My groups were 5 shot groups where two rounds would basically make one hole and then a stray round and the another hole to the right made by the last two rounds. My riffle has the standard 6+ lb trigger and I think that the loads to the right were from me pulling that$ #%$%@$ trigger. Any way I am going to load up some Berger 168 hunting classics and see what I can get from them. I thought that I read on this thread where guys are using magnum primers with max or near max loads. I have even heard some using compressed loads with above max recommended loads. What are your takes on this( Magnum primers in a non magnum riffle)?
