What have folks found for a good magazine solution to the increased overall length of a 28 Nosler shooting heavies such as Berger's 195's? I really prefer a detachable magazine but can make do with a floor plate if that is the only option for reliable feeding. I am considering a partial build that still needs a stock and looking at ordering a laminated Boyd's thumb hole, but not sure what bottom metal configuration to have them cut the stock for. Personally I can't stand a full internal magazine that has to be loaded and unloaded through the top. I'd rather just have a single shot. Been shooting all my life but I am just getting into the world of wildcat rounds and custom rifles so some of this is still new to me.
