In the past when possible I like to trim my brass to be as long as possible which is usually .010 shorter than Saami Brass length. Sammi designated length for Nosler 28 brass is 2.590 so I would normally trim to 2.580 if possible. However the New Nosler brass I buy is pretrimmed to 2.575 for the most part within .001. Obviously I can't trim it to 2.580 right out of the box, so my question is, as I use it, should continue to trim to Noslers original trim length or should I let the brass grow out to 2.580 as I reload it? Assuming it will grow that much after reloading a time or two.
