I am in the process of acquiring a new 223 Rem Bolt rifle and have a pretty good set up as far as primers, bullets and powders. I originally wanted to go with CFE223 since it gives the highest velocites with the heavier bullets but all I could find is A2520 which is right behind CFE223. Looking at the Sierra app both Varget and H335 start to show preasure at around 2,880 fps with the 69gr TMK, and CFE223 at around 3,030 fps. 150 fps is quite a difference therefore I'd start with CFE223. Stay safe
