I have two McGowan remmage barrels for sale. One is chambered in 6mm creedmoor, Stainless, .830 at the muzzle and threaded 5/8 24, 8" twist, 22" long Less than 300 rounds fired. Painted with cheap rattle can flat black, can remove easily. Have some Hornady brass that will come with it, and have a nice load worked up for it as well. Will provide the buyer with details. Shoots 3150fps easily and safely with eldm.
The other is chambered in 6.5 saum, Stainless, .630 at the muzzle, 7" twist, 24" long. Less than 150 rounds fired. Painted with cheap rattle can flat black, can remove easily. Have some necked down 7mm Nosler brass that will come with it. Never finished working a load for this one. Likes RL 26 and 156 Berger's. Just never tuned it in.
Third is a McGowan AR 15 barrel in 224 Valkyrie, Stainless, I call it a medium contour, .730 at the muzzle, threaded 1/2" 28, 20" long, .750 gas block, rifle length tube. Already removed paint. Looks new. Less than 200 rounds fired, have brass that will come with it as well. Never developed load for this one either. Can tell you it likes 88g eldm and varget.
All of these barrels shoot very well, McGowan has always been good barrels for me. No doubt that all can be dialed in to shoot better than I can hold. Only getting rid of them because I'm consolidating calibers because more family members are shooting with me. Asking 200$ each, selling cheap to move fast. Yes, I will be buying more McGowan barrels.
