thermal scope

I am working on outfitting my 257 Weatherby Magnum with a thermal scope for nighttime varmit hunting. What is the best thermal scope in the under $5k range that won't have issues with recoil if I decided to move it to a larger rifle down the road?

I'm having problems with coyotes killing my chickens and dicks at night. Sometimes I hear them and there seems to be a bunch near the house. At times they seem far off. Can you please recommend a thermal scope to help me see and shoot them? Thanks John
