A warning, I believe that is proper decorum, I'm pretty opinionated……follow at your own risk! 😁

I see that you're relatively new to the forum, if I didn't welcome you previously (may have slept since then) ……doing it now!

I try not to take myself too seriously (well sometimes), and too often inject my warped sense of humor! memtb (Todd)

Oh, by the way……We (wife and I) live in Winchester, Wy. You probably won't find it on a map…..most people in Wyoming haven't heard of it! ! memtb

I am more than fairly opinionated, and never take myself seriously….we'll get along well. Too many folks these days are too busy being offended by everything to appreciate what a joke even is. If you say anything inappropriate don't worry…I'll double down and take the attention off you 😂. I grew up (barely) as a 5'4 guy in Boston….I have fairly thick skin according to some of the Rhinos I've met.

Google maps has us listed in Richmond NH, the welcome to Winchester sign is in our front lawn and according to the town of Winchester we owe them our tax dollars. All the surrounding towns refer to Winchester NH as Winchetucky….🤣 quite a few jacked up pick ups and Gadsden flags here!

I'm very happy to see that you're moderately conservative 😉….I lean a bit that way myself! I often said, "I'm far enough to the Right, that I'm look'n at the backside of the left"!

I did physically grow up…..but, am still a bit immature mentally! Some, notably my wife, fail to appreciate my sense of humor! memtb

On a different note…..are ya gett'n any hunting done this year?

Ours has been pretty disappointing! A long story I'll not bore you with. Plus, the copious quantity of tears will likely smear the message!

I'm outta here for a while, gotta do a little workout and get some things done around here!

Later! memtb

No hunting this year….had my C6-7 collapse…lost feeling in my right pointer and middle fingers. Starting to get it back now but can't fire a gun for a little bit. Had to cancel my reservations for a grouse/woodcock trip to Pittsburg NH.

****, sorry to hear and see that! Good Luck with the recovery! With your injury, being up in the C's, you certainly can't subject your neck to recoil!

We don't shoot our hunting rifles much during the off season, and we both attempt to stay in some semblance of decent condition. That type of injury would certainly end any shooting of our hunting rifles for either of us. memtb

Well luckily I had the chief orthopedic spine surgeon at Brigham and Womens do my surgery….fusion should be fully set and stronger than ever next year.

I hope that your neck fusion is as successful as my lower back fusion!

I had my surgery in early March, the following October I was dragging (litteral) a young adult moose down a ridge in a plastic sled, by myself.
That was 10 years ago this past March, still good. Much better than the 10 or so years prior to the fusion! memtb

I'm 38 going on 80, L4-L5 is going to need a fusion also down the road 😂.

The one benefit is where we live and what we do….my wife works for Mass General/Brigham so I get to see the best surgeons in the world and it's free.
