New Tikka .25 PRC+C built by Long Range Customs. Tikka t3x action with fluted bolt, Bartlein Tikka contour 7.5 twist 20". Muzzle threaded 1/2x28 with 5/8x24 adapter. LRC bolt handle, knob, 20 moa rail, trigger spring. Custom cerakote on stock and action. Test fired, with about 25 rounds down the barrel. 134's at 3060.

That's a nice little setup, not to derail the sale, but do you mind sharing how /what the load setup is?
 
It's an improved throat reamer, that drops peak chamber pressure without changing your seating depth. It has the same effect as plus p, but with a different shape or profile.
