Mauser Action 9.3x62 Rifle Wanted

I have a customized Heym Mauser in 270 Win with a Timney trigger listed that is the perfect rifle to send for a JES rebore to 9.3x62. That was my plan before a life event that changed my plans. Listed at a bargain price of $565 shipped!!! After the rebore you pretty much have a new rifle at moderate cost. It will scratch your itch. The rifle won't disappoint. PM if interested.

If you build one or get your hands on one don't do like I did, put it in the safe and forget about it/put off finishing. I'll get around to finishing it some day. I had Dennis Olson fit a Shilen 9.3 barrel to a Dumoulin square bridge Mauser action. Dennis replaced the curved bolt handle with a straight bolt handle, he did a really good job.

I have a turned English Walnut blank I need to inlet for it but I don't like the pattern. Can't decide if I'm going to use it or have another blank turned to a pattern I like or re shape this one.

Lately I've been playing with more precision type rifles and not so much for my English express turn of the century type rifles I build stocks for as a hobby. I like them all.

I'm having one built on a left handed Zastava action. They need some work but shoot pretty well out of the box and come in 9.3x62 as a factory offering.

I have 2 other lefties on same highly modified actions in beautiful wood stocks. My favorite hunting rifles in 6.5x55 & 30-06.
The 9.3x62 will be a stutzen when completed. Always wanted one and have never seen one in a lefty. I've used my other Blaser 9.3x62 for game from elk to eland with great success. Great caliber.
