Selling for a friend/client. Gunsmith work done by me, other than the bolt flutes and finish.
Remington 700 short action – Trued action, bolt body spiral fluted and bolt handle skeletonized. Pinned .250 recoil lug. Benchmark 8 twist, #3 taper, 27" long to the lug. Chambered in SAAMI Spec 6.5 -284 Norma.
Jewell HVRTS trigger
All metal parts coated in green Dupont Black Ice Teflon gun finish. (very durable and slick)
Stock is a McMillan, Model 7, inletted by the factory for M700, 13 3/8 pull, hydro dipped in Kuiu Verde pattern and clear coated.
The gun weighs 7 pounds, 4 ounces as is.
Small scratch in the green Teflon on the barrel shank. Can be seen in photo.
Asking $1,500 shipped and insured to your FFL if he will take shipment from a non-FFL shipper.
