I haven't heard any follow-up about this. Are the admins still active on this forum?

I cannot even post in the Member Introduction forum. What gives? I understand these restrictions were put in place to reduce spam, but where can I read the rules behind the actual restrictions? Are the admins even reading the posts in this forum?

New user here. On my profile page, there's a message that invites me to introduce myself, which I'd expect to link to a new-users forum post. Instead, it links to a very very sketchy looking site at the following URL (https:// portion intentionally removed to prevent people from clicking on it)...
