Re: WTS/WTT Harris Bipod and adapter - IA Sorry, it's not a swiveler (that's what I replaced it with), and the legs are not notched. It has the tensioner screws for infinite adjustment between extensions.The extensions have 3 stages.Hope this clears it up a little.
