6.5 Grendel. It kills very well. My experience is 200 yards but it killed very well! Hornady Black 123 gr Eldm is devastating but someday I want to load up some hammers.

I killed a fat doe at 200 yards this year. 100 gr hornady whitetail ammo. Lungs and top of heart got hit plus it broke one leg and complete pass through. Went 40-50 yards and piled up. Wasn’t much of a blood trail. 270 would’ve been more damage and blood but the 243 killed it so I can’t complain.

What’s special about these that they are specifically for 5.56 and 7.62?

How well does that 120 eldm work on pigs and deer? I usually shoot the 123 eldm and they have been devastating on deer.
