My reply would be that the most accurate sniper rifle is custom built. My 338-378 w/ 300 g mks are grouping better than their claim of 16 " @ 1000 yrds. Not made to carry far @ 43 lbs but is possibly one of the most accurate rifles on the planet. Have most of my kills on video including... 976...
