The guy I know with the .223AI using Benchmark is also using a 1-9 twist but he shoots the 69gn out of it. His best shot on a pdog is 733yds using that combo.

I've heard Benchmark is a good .223 powder but never tried it myself yet. I know somebody using it in a .223AI and he loves it too. I've just had great luck with the H4198.

It's possible that it may shoot the 60gn bullets. The only way to know is to try, right. I too favor the warmer temps for load development. My .223AI doesn't seem to care about the colder temps. I shot some loads the other day in the mid 20's and I could't have had better results. 3 one hole...

3500fps with a 52gn bullet in a Swift is pretty slow. Normal speed for that bullet in that gun should be around 3800-3900fps. There's nothing wrong with 3500 but if it was mine, I'd be turning up the speed. Just my .02
