The one I brought to Fifth Grade Show and Tell; Remington 870 Wingmaster 12. Still have it 55 years later. I bring it out and shoot doves with it now, but my duck/pheasant and goose go to guns are all Benelli Super 90's and SBE's.

I have 5 4200 8x32 Elites, one's on a .243 BVSS too, I use them all on full magnification and have always been more than pleased. Coyotes, prairie dogs, ground hogs. .243, 2 Tac.20's, .264 Win Mag and a 22-250. The best Leupold scopes from 10 years ago weren't any clearer than these Elites...

I throw it out there. 1973 Ruger M77 Flat Bolt, Red Pad 22-250. Very, very, few rounds. Less than 30. Shoots 50gr Vmaxs touching. Dies, box of Reloads, remainder of box of VMax's. 2 sets of Ruger rings, low and medium.

I honestly don't know if, or how much higher it goes above the 3" high at 100. If it does, it's not much. It's just a deer gun, so + or - an inch or so has never been a problem. The bullet always hits exactly where I want it to. I've killed deer with it from 111 yards out to 309 yards...

No, this guy was pretty sharp. I believe his job was calculating the ballistics for guns that fire 2000lb rounds out 25 miles off of Destroyers and such. Was a great article, lot's of very interesting correlations he came up with.

No, wasn't thinking that, just wanted the equation again. It was very interesting and something the guy, who I believe was a retired Navy long gunner, came up with.
