44 Mag hands down for comfort and carrying.If your in a stand and only shoot one or two shots the 460 will do what the 44 can do at a higher cost to you.

Has anyone owned or used a marlin 45/70 and placed a scope on the rifle. I would like to know what distance they shot using the scope and did they have problems with elevation on the scope used. Cheers
