My .338 Edge is 8-9 lb. The recoil is modest due to the T4 muzzle brake.

I have a number of 6mm 1:8 twist used barrels. I'm going to set them back for our local shooters who don't have big budgets. I'll fit them to their action and chamber for less than the cost of a new barrel.
