I called PTG to make sure my 28 nosler go gauge would work with the 308 28 nosler reamer. They assured me that it would, so I told them to go ahead. I then ordered a dvd "reloading for long range hunting" from defensive edge. This should teach me some of the techniques I see you guys talking...

I am planning to do just that. I recently got my reamer. Look at the 26 nosler wildcat thread. 284. They have some guys that are using the same twist we are except new barrels

Have You looked at the 6.5-280 Ackley Improved. 73 grains water. Neck down a 280 AI case from nosler & load

Cool. That is information that I can really use. I was talking with redding about having 308 28N dies made. I didn't know that JLC could change the resizer die to 308 Just have to concentrate on seating die. Thanks

I guess I gotta jump back & forth to keep up with ya'll. Reamers ordered for both rifles. No reply on nitriding. No reply on redding 308 28 nosler dies. Thats cool.
