To be honest. That is the intent. But twice threads were deleted last week when folks were writing negative comments.
I was frustrated so took a different approach to open the door for folks to air negative as well with the hope this wouldn’t be deleted like the others. So far so good. My intent...
Good morning. I’m interested in getting a package for my tikka from OMR. I’ve heard lots of great things. If folks have some positive stories and results to share that would be great. If there are negative stories I’m open to hear those too but really focused on the positive.
Eurooptic isn’t pre order if you want one quicker. Mine shipped a few hours after they went live on Thursday and is halfway here according to post office. I was very surprised that was the case, but unless it’s an empty box showing up…..
This is entertaining. I do not own one but follow many forums and have been very intrigued by the 3-15LHTs. I have read nothing bad about them (except they are vortex which is a weak argument).
This is roughly the same size and same erector (5x) so I wouldn’t expect it to be too much heavier...

my research shows tikka about same at that 30oz (but it’s a long/short action).
if you are debating I would recommend lean tikka.

100% agree. Really like my 3-15. These are awesome scopes and for this price can’t be beat IMO.
You can buy tikka actions. A few on here from time to time. Usually $400-$500. About same price if you buy factory rifle and get $150 for the stock and barrel.
I’d go tikka. Don’t think you’d be disappointed. I concur the ejection issue on savages is rough…and I’ve bought improved extractor...
I debated the same for a bit. I used a savage action because I had one and being able to swap the bolt head saved some money in buying a mag bolt in the tikka.
my savage shoots great so no complaints there. That said, it is no where near as smooth as my tikka and is heavier even though the...
