6.5x280ai love mine easy to load for and can use off the shelf dies and brass just neck down 280ai brass and use 280ai dies with the correct bushing

I use to to load development at both 100 and 200. Now I do not even bother worrying about distance. I load 6 rounds each at different powder charges. Then shoot over a chrono, all I am looking for is the best ES and SD once I find that I do seating depth test at given range to fine tune. Works...

Wow 4 pages of replies on this ...guess everyone is pretty boored. Loading ammo is not exactly brain surgery, if you can't watch TV, listen to the radio or chew gum at the same time you load bullets, I sure don't want you next to me on the range.,.cause we all know there are no distractions...

I generally run a scope mounted one. I purchased a VX6 and it has the built-in anti cant, gotta say it's pretty slick now I wish all my scopes had this feature

I have a 6.5 280ai I use a standard 280ai redding die 280ai brass and neck down in two steps. I get 3100 with a 143 and h1000 without out pressure in a 24 inch proof carbon barrel. Accuracy is sub 1/2 inch

I run a suppressor on my hunting guns, have a 308 and a 6.5x280ai both have proof carbon barrels one is a sendero light the other full sendero. I wanted the stiffest barrel possible with the least amount of weight, carbon won hands down and both shoot sub 1/2 moa no regrets and they look pretty...

I wish your wife luck on her battle with cancer. I had cancer and I also asked for the port to be put on the left so I could shoot my gun with iout the port being in the way. Being able to hunt while going through cancer treatment sure helped me get through a rough time...
