My vote is exo. Very comfortable, packs weight great and compresses down when you don’t need the space.

I have 6 Manners stocks and have never had an issue with customer service. As far as stocks being completed on time that’s a different story but I’m a patient guy and I really like there stocks.

I would just get a tikka. I’ve never seen the appeal for spending thousands on a super light rifle. Light rifles are just not as easy to shoot long range, especially in big magnums. But maybe that’s just me. You could also upgrade the tikka later if you wanted to customize. I don’t have any...

I’ve killed multiple mule deer and blacktail with 6x47 Lapua, pretty much a 243. But if I were you I’d get a 6.5. I also own a 7 rem mag and if using equivalent quality brass and bullets it is definitely cheaper to load for the 6.5. Less powder, cheaper bullets, and longer brass life.

Short actions I prefer dbm, long actions bdl. Dbm is very handy when hunting in certain states such as Colorado when laws require gun to be in a case and unloaded when on an atv. If you need to make a quick shot pull gun out of case, install mag, and your ready to roll.
