    Leupold is an awful good scope I've owned two but I consider the Zeiss in higher powers scopes (4-14 x50 and the 6.5-20x50) an upgrade. You won't be disappointed in it's twilight factor and the clarity is equal to or better than the Leopold. You have picked a good comparison between scopes but...
