I shoot steel from 300yds to 600yds with 6.5 PRC, 308, & 300Win Mag. I have no problems as long as you do not shoot FMJ's. I hang all my targets on chains from a stand. As long as the target is not stationary and can freely move when hit It will last a long time.

You are not alone... I got scammed on a Rifle and scope combo out of Florida. After I paid I got suspicious and found out it was a fake address and phone number. I paid through PayPal and finally got my money back after a long ordeal.

A lot of good advise, one other thing you can check is your action screws and make sure they are torqued back to specs. I would take the action out of the stock and check for any signs of a problem. If everything looks good torque back to specs in the suggested sequence.
