    Video through scope

I saw the other video. The device seems purpose made. I bet it does work on that principle of having the glass on 45 degree angle and splitting the light as LouBoyd said earlier. Here is the video in question for those interested. YouTube - 830 Yards Elk Hunting - Long Range Shooting...

    Video through scope

Thanks! I will try to find all of their vids and look for that. If so, then the LouBoyd was was dead on about spliting the light from the scope to feed both the eye and the camera.

Thanks for the response. Those arent exactly what I want, but I do find them to be interesting solutions.

    Video through scope

I found the video that got me thinking about this. Here it is. You get a glimpse or two of the scope, but not enough to tell components. Or at least not enough for me to tell. YouTube - 1000 Yards Antelope Hunting - Long Range Shooting

    Video through scope

Nah, thats not what I want. I saw a setup once that could mount on any scope. Some guy on YouTube had it. I ask him about it and he wanted to sell me a setup but wouldnt tell me details. He just wanted to pocket some money on me. Ill bet the equipment is commercially available for other...

    Video through scope

I have seen several long range hunting videos where a camera was evidently recording through the rifle scope of the shooter. I was interested in trying to record some of my hunting in a similar way. Does anyone know how to set up a rifle where the video wouldnt interfere with the shooters eye...

    .45 ACP Powder

IDPA and 3 gun is where I settled on Titegroup. I have no idea how many thousands of rounds I have pushed with that stuff. I tried Clays Universal, power pistol, bullseye, ... and still have afew cans of that stuff around but I just liked Titegroup better. For action pistol stuff its great.

GAH!!! I beat it with 170,600 on the first try and on later attempts I shot better but had a lower score :p Alot of it seems to be if your lucky and have high value targets.

    Hornady Match ammo

Does anyone know what powder Hornady uses in the Hornady Match .223 Remington for their 75gr BTHP? I have started load development for a new .223 with a fast twist. I passed a few test loads through it, but while visiting my cousin handed me half of a box of these to try and it flat out drove...

    Primer consistancy

Mr. Barsness didnt happen to pass along any SD info on the muzzle velocities between the different primers did he? Or what, if any, the corrilation between primer weights and the SD were? So far as speculation goes... Im right there with ya Natty. However, thats how we get educated I guess...

    DPS III vs. Chargemaster 1500

NP, I didnt take it as a flame and the "beating up on Sludge" comment was tounge in cheek. I wasnt clear about my concern. I really dont care if a scale is off a whole tenth of a grain or not. Just so long as it has uniform results. Now, I would like to have the scale accurate, but if I...
