I have used the 7mm-08 using the Remington 140g corelokt to take several antelope in Wyoming over the last few years. It is a very dependable rifle/round to drop the antelope, most have been with only one shot.

Savage Model 11 7mm-08 shooting factory Remington Corelok 140g bullets. Shot this fellow at 440 yards just outside of Bosler Wyoming on the Harris ranch.

Remington 1100, 63 yards, 12 gauge Hornady SST deer slug. This one had chased the deer away that I was looking to shoot at as she came up to my stand this year in Iowa.
