I am stuck between a Nightforce SHV 4-14x50 FFP and a Vortex Pst gen 2 both in Mils. They would be going on a remington 700 5r .308. Im just shooting targets out to possibly a thousand yards. Trying to keep it under $1500 or so.

If you want to move it you might want to come down a bit. Quite a few gen 2 razors on here for around $1500.

I bought it in .308. Not really, but i dont wanna get crazy. It shoots fine and the stock is ok but from everything im reading there are better choices out there for accuracy and comfort but most of all looks .

Just bought a new Remington 700 stainless. What chassis or aftermarket stock do you guys think works best with this. Not trying to hunt but doing more precision and benchrest shooting.
