I bought this as an unfired rifle and it certainly looks like it to me. No box or papers. This was supposedly a 500-gun run by Remington with a 26" standard sporter contour barrel (i.e.: Not a magnum contour). BDL tupperware stock - not like the newer SPS stocks - that is marked for a magnum...
