hell yes .... since i put one on my 700 rem , chambered for 300 wyb mag , ive put one on my 7mm-08 for my grand daughter to use . we put ear plugs in at the range and be sure to let everybody next to us know when we will be shooting a round !!! and when hunting she keeps a plug in her left ear...

i have a good friend in madison , he smithed at rusk gun shop for years . does a lot of work yet for me and friends (hes retired ) he was building a long range gun when i took my rem 700 for a muzzle break , lightbulbif your interested get back and ill give you his #
