I have a Mossberg 4x4 .270 in walnut stock. The gun is extremely accurate. My rifle features a factory muzzle flash suppressor, which significantly reduces recoil. I would recommend this rifle to anyone. One caviat with mine, is that Mossberg's walnut finish is almost like a paint, not a stain...
