I called TB in Cheyenne and they told me to bring the rifle and suppressor so they can examine both. Long story short, they found the collar on the barrel was not "square". They machined it correctly and life is good now. They told me that they see this issue a lot.

I believe you are correct. I have bad hearing due to being stupid when I was younger and I would like to keep what hearing I still have left. Now wear hearing protection even when I shoot my 22 LR.

My 300 WM is a Browning A-bolt Stainless Stalker w/ 26" barrel. It's actually very "fun" to shoot now that I have a the suppressor.

That's the only think I can come up with. The 7MM is the Ridgeline model so I would not think it's a harmonics issue due to their barrel design but it may be. I have not contacted from TB to confirm yet. I was very disappointed because I shoot my 7mm more than my 300 WM.
