thanks... watched a video from mrgunsandgear on those Gorilla 205 gr loads... one expanded one didn't... I think I will try to find a good Maker loader as their reputations for expansion seems to be the best.

I do not reload yet, but there are a number of small custom ammo loaders that use Maker bullets such as Druid Hill, TNT Munitions, Center Mass, etc. Does anyone know if any of these companies produce a safe and somewhat accurate load?

I consolidated my inventory a few years back. I kept the 308 as it and 223 ammo is just too prevalent to ignore. Is the 6.5 CM superior for long range? I suppose, by a hair, but not enough to switch.

yep. i switched to an empty chamber years ago. still plenty fast if need be and quiet enough for my purposes.

A perfect example of why suppressors should be non-NFA items. Even ignoring costs, civilians are not likely to be much of a factor in this new rifle/cartridge demand because of the pita factor. You get caught shooting this gun without ear protection, you better learn sign language.

no experience with those brands. if you have any desire to use suppressors on semi-autos, you need to strongly look into cans with flow through technology. a much more pleasant experience
